For the first time since 1962, treasures from the tomb of King Tut are on display in Houston. The record-breaking tour features more than 100 objects and is on its final tour before returning to Cairo forever. The exhibition is now open at Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and features a dazzling array of possessions unearthed from King Tut's tomb. Works of art include the boy king’s golden canopic coffinette and the crown found on his head when the tomb was discovered.

Nearly eight million people have viewed King Tut’s treasures during this five-year tour, making it the most successful exhibition ever assembled. See it in Houston before it’s history!

This exhibition is organized by the National Geographic Society, Arts and Exhibitions International and AEG Exhibitions, in association with Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities.

Northern Trust is the proud cultural partner of the exhibition and American Airlines is the official airline. The Houston presentation is made possible by Apache.
